Some voters in Monroe, Marshville, Marvin and Wingate will vote at different precincts for the November 2 Municipal Election.

In August, the Union County Board of Elections adopted a resolution for the following temporary transfer of voters:  

Monroe – Voters residing within the city of Monroe and within Precinct #025 Rock Rest Elementary School will vote at Precinct #003 St. Luke’s Lutheran Church located at 909 Circle Drive.

Marshville - Voters residing within the town of Marshville and within Precinct #036 Crossroads AME Zion Church will vote at Precinct #009 Beaver Lane VFD located at 310 Olive Branch Ext.

Marvin – Voters residing within the village of Marvin and within Precinct #028C Marvin AME Zion Church will vote at Precinct #028B Marvin Elementary School located at 9700 Marvin School Road.

Wingate – Voters residing in the town of Wingate and within Precinct #036 Crossroads AME Zion Church will vote at Precinct #008 Wingate Community Center located at 315 West Elm Street.
