Candidate filing ends at noon on December 19, 2025. Notices of candidacy may only be filed and filing fees may only be paid by the candidates themselves, not by surrogates or staff. If a candidate is unable to file in person, notices of candidacy may be submitted by mail, so long as they are received prior to the close of the filing period.
